At ArrowFootwear, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
